1. Booking & Payments

Your booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully received. Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. Flavors Studio does not store your full card details on our servers, except as required for issuing receipts, refunds, or as permitted by law.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled class for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be eligible for store credit, granted at our discretion. Private or custom classes may have separate cancellation terms, which will be shared at the time of booking.

3. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for informing us in advance of any food allergies or dietary restrictions. While we take care to minimize cross-contact, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Attendance is at your own discretion.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide safe and enjoyable classes, but participation is at your own risk. Flavors Studio is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses that occur due to failure to follow instructions or personal negligence, except where liability cannot be limited by applicable law.

5. Intellectual Property

All recipes, materials, and content provided during classes are for your personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Flavors Studio.

6. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When updates are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be changed. By continuing to use our website or attend classes after changes are posted, you agree to the revised terms.
